Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in staff augmentation and online bidding Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, closing clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for staff augmentation services
Create, manage, and optimize company profiles on LinkedIn, Dice, Glassdoor, Remotely, Indeed, and bidding platforms like Upwork, , Toptal, Contra etc.
Pitch and close B2C clients through outbound outreach and online bidding
Write proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new projects
Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales pipeline
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
