Foster and nurture robust relationships with clientele by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering assistance across various platforms like email and telephone. Contribute to the swift and efficient resolution of customer issues and grievances by liaising with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution. Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an added advantage). Willing to go on business trips when necessary. Have own transportation. At least have diploma and above or equivalent studies.
