Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze relevant job postings on Upwork aligned with company services
• Writecustomized, client-focused proposalsto increase response and interview rates
• Understand client requirements and align them with company capabilities
• Initiate and manage client conversations professionally to drive interview conversions
• Maintain strong response rates and consistent interview scheduling performance
• Manage and optimize multiple Upwork profiles effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams for technical inputs when required
• Maintain daily activity logs and update CRM/tracking systems
• Continuously improve proposal quality based on feedback and performance metrics
