• Identify and onboard clients requiring warehouse/storage space
• Sell storage solutions based on client inventory size duration & requirements
• Conduct warehouse site visits and explain facilities safety & storage options
• Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms & close deals
• Coordinate with warehouse operations for smooth space allocation
• Manage renewals upselling & long-term client relationships
• Track leads occupancy levels & market trends

• Experience in warehouse space selling or logistics sales within the UAE
