About the role

YUAN MING ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Sarawak. This full-time role will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive the company's sales growth and expansion within the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting for new clients and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
2. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends
3. Preparing proposals, presentations and negotiating contracts to secure new business
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients
5. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
6. Providing regular updates on sales activities and performance to management
