About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Officer who can engage potential clients, manage negotiations, and help close long-term projects. The ideal candidate has a solid technical understanding and can confidently communicate with clients, project managers, and design teams to translate business needs into clear project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via Upwork and LinkedIn for long-term projects
• Handle end-to-end Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client communication
