The Role
Your mission is simple: Grow both sides of the marketplace.
That means:
•⁠ ⁠Acquire quality furnished properties
•⁠ ⁠Match qualified tenants with the right homes
•⁠ ⁠Move hosts from interested to live on platform
You will:
•⁠ ⁠Reach out to hosts via WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, calls
•⁠ ⁠Build trust and present roam&root clearly
•⁠ ⁠Guide hosts through onboarding until they are live
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads consistently
•⁠ ⁠Execute outreach campaigns
•⁠ ⁠Support market research and acquisition strategy
