The Business Development Head (BDH) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and expansion efforts of the business development function in areas with limited existing presence. The BDH will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), drive business growth, identify market opportunities, and ensure the achievement of overall business objectives.
