Business Development Head

At Elegant Design & Construction, growth is driven by strategy, relationships, and execution. We're looking for a Head of Business Development who can take ownership of revenue growth, build long-term client pipelines, and lead our business development function with vision and discipline.
This role is for someone who understands the construction and design market, knows how to convert trust into projects, and can lead teams toward measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and scale the company's business development strategy across residential and commercial projects
– Develop strong client pipelines for construction, architecture, and interior projects
– Represent the company in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
– Oversee and guide BDOs / sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
