Assist the Head and team to:

• Onboarding of new agencies and FA
• Liaison between Agents and Underwriters to address Agents' queries
• Updating and maintain Agency records
• Working with the Head and own Team Leader to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company’s service standards set.

Channel Performance

Assist the Head and team to:

• Compile, analyze and prepare monthly reports required and present during monthly meetings and business reviews to be in line with intermediary agreements.
• Ensure that sanction checks are conducted.
• Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
• Stay current on market conditions and to share findings and updates with all members of the team as appropriate.
