Business Unit
Business Operations: Collaborate with Business Development (BD) to strengthen customer relations and explore business opportunities.
Facilitate cooperation with Key Account (KA) merchants or institutions regarding access, materials, and activities.
Market Research, including but not limited to:
– Store Inspection: Conduct on‑site visits to assess the material deployment of offline stores.
– Market Dynamics: Regularly gather crucial market information through online research, industry reports, and on‑site visits to assess and compare payment health.
– User Research: Conduct on‑site visits or online surveys to gather statistics on user penetration rate and user experience.
Material Deployment: Arrange on‑site material deployment for areas or scenarios not easily covered by institutions.
