We're hiring: Business Development Intern

At Dexon, we Train & Augment talent, build brands, design digital products, and ship technology that actually gets used. We're looking for a Business Development Intern who's curious about how design, technology, and business come together, someone who wants to understand how creative work is positioned, priced, and taken to market in a design-led tech company.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and growth.
What you'll be doing (for real):
Exploring and identifying companies that need design or tech solutions
Learning how outreach works in a modern B2B environment
Supporting client conversations, proposals, and pitch material
Working closely with designers, developers, and leadership to understand what we build and why
Seeing firsthand how a design-led tech company grows
