Rapid Labs is seeking a confident, motivated, and growth-oriented
Business Development Internee
to join our expanding Business Development team. This role is primarily focused on Staff Augmentation services targeting international markets.
The incumbent will work closely with the Business Development and Delivery teams to identify companies hiring developers, understand their technical and business requirements, and present Rapid Labs' remote developers and AI engineers as long-term staffing solutions.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to international B2B sales, client communication, proposal handling, CRM management, and the complete sales cycle, with a clear roadmap toward a permanent role based on performance.
