Praxsys Associates is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Associate to support opportunity identification, proposal development, and bid coordination across donor-funded and consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Track RFPs, EOIs, and funding opportunities
Coordinate end-to-end proposal and RFP submissions
Draft and edit technical proposal sections
Liaise with external experts and partner organizations
Maintain proposal documentation and BD systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
2–3 years of experience in business development or proposal management
Strong writing, coordination, and analytical skills
