Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager (DM Level – Textile Unit)

Reporting To:
Head of Operations

Role Purpose

To drive revenue growth for the Textile Unit by acquiring and closing B2B clients for
CMT manufacturing, institutional/corporate uniforms, and recycled-fabric products
, while owning pricing, negotiations, client relationships, and execution-focused marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate sales for
  CMT orders, bulk uniform programs, and recycled-fabric products
  .
• Own
  monthly and quarterly sales targets
  and ensure achievement.
• Build and manage a structured
  sales pipeline
  from lead generation to order closure.
• Prepare
  costing sheets, quotations, proposals, and contracts
  .
• Lead
  price, MOQ, payment term, and delivery negotiations
