• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across eCommerce sectors
• Develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
• Track pipeline progress and report on sales metrics
• Oversee onboarding and project delivery for new clients

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or account management (preferably in eCommerce or digital consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with a bias for action and problem-solving
• Comfortable with CRM tools, project management platforms, and spreadsheets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
