Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the adoption of the FoundIt portal among corporate employers, recruitment agencies, and enterprise clients. You will lead sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow subscription and job-posting revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Malaysian industries (SMEs, MNCs, agencies).
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, presentation, negotiation, contract closure, and renewal.
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR decision makers, recruitment leads, and business owners.
