Business Development Lead - House Brands/White Label (Pharma and FMCG)
Basic Function
The Business Development Manager - House Brands is responsible for identifying high-growth white label and private label opportunities in pharmaceutical and FMCG categories, converting trends and internal sales data into profitable new products, and driving sell-out programs, distribution growth, and brand awareness across retail channels.
The role owns the end-to-end commercialization cycle from:
Opportunity identification
Product concept validation
Supplier sourcing and licensing
Sell-out strategy execution
Marketing and brand building
Profitability management
