Business Development Lead

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce/CRM sales is mandatory.
• Prior experience working with a leading Salesforce partner or implementation firm.
• International sales experience is required, with proven success engaging clients in the Middle East and North American markets.
• Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, digital transformation, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
• Based in Lahore (preferred), with willingness to travel as needed.
