Job Description
The Business Development Lead is a senior-level Hunter responsible for driving the network's commercial success. We are looking for a veteran closer who can take over revenue generation from the CEO by leveraging an existing network and deep industry knowledge to secure high-ticket sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation: Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Strategic Pipeline Management: Identify and penetrate key brand accounts and advertising agencies, building a robust pipeline of new business (not just farming existing accounts).
Solution Selling: Collaborate with the Internal team to create customized podcast-first marketing solutions for top-tier brand partners.
Market Positioning: Present PNA's value proposition to C-level marketing executives and agency directors.
