Salary: Php 30,000 (Basic) + Commission + Allowances

Job Summary

The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and leading business development initiatives for manpower and headhunting services. The role combines individual sales performance with team leadership to ensure achievement of revenue targets and sustainable client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development strategies to grow manpower and headhunting service revenues.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new client accounts through prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
