As we grow AEQ Innovate and expand our work in immersive technology, health innovation, and applied research—collaborating with partners across Canada, the US, and Europe—we are seeking a high-energy, consultative Business Development Lead to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in innovation ecosystems, loves connecting people and ideas, and is excited by the potential of XR, VR/AR, AI, and immersive learning to transform healthcare and human experiences.

With a particular focus on immersive technologies and our VR4Health initiative, you’ll help shape partnerships, identify opportunities, and represent AEQ in global innovation forums through programs like ITEA.
