Business Development Leader - Infrastructure

Mission: You will spearhead strategic growth initiatives aligned with Ireland’s National Development Plan and report to the Country President, Ireland. This role is pivotal in positioning the organisation to capture opportunities across water, rail, grid, housing, and broader infrastructure sectors. You will lead market engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and drive pipeline development for large-scale public and private infrastructure projects. Collaboration is essential, you will partner with existing Sales Leaders and resources from across the business to form a holistic Business Development Plan and approach to success.
