Conduct market & industry analysis (agriculture, manufacturing, energy, real estate, etc.). Establish first contact with owners/brokers, organize meetings, gather key information. Prepare concise investment summaries (figures, risks, highlights). Support the full M&A cycle: from initial interest to due diligence and negotiations.
