Role Summary:

Responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing fintech operations, including company incorporation, compliance, and payment gateway setup. Coordinates with CAs, legal advisors, and banks to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance. Oversees payment gateway integrations, researches new fintech solutions, and builds strong partnerships to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Follow the assigned login and log-off timings for this remote role and take responsibility for completing all assigned tasks on time.
• Coordinate with nominee directors, CA consultants, and banks to meet all company incorporation, GST tax registration, bank account openings, and compliance requirements.
