Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Education Development & Delivery:
    • Design and develop open-enrolment and customized executive education programs.
    • Identify market needs and translate them into relevant, high-quality course offerings.
    • Collaborate with faculty and external experts to deliver impactful learning experiences.
    • Oversee the planning, marketing, and execution of executive education programs.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain a strong network of corporate, government, and institutional partners across the UAE.
    • Identify and engage decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Develop tailored proposals and solutions to meet client learning and development needs.
    • Drive revenue generation through executive education offerings and partnerships.
