**About the role:**

The Industry Manager - Aggregate and Mining is responsible for driving sustainable growth and increasing market share within the aggregate and mining industries, with a strong focus on major OEMs and associated applications. This role leads new business development efforts, coordinates cross-functional resources, and ensures a consistent commercial strategy aligned with WEG-s product portfolio and long-term objectives.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Business Development & Sales Leadership
+ Generate sales leads, develop qualified sales opportunities, and lead the closure of new business within the aggregate and mining segments.
