• 10+ years in asphalt, road construction, or heavy industry, including hands‑on experience in the UAE market.
• Strong B2B sales, tendering, and contract negotiation experience.
• Existing network in the UAE construction and infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production and equipment.
• Understanding of UAE business regulations.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

A Business Development Manager is required to explore the asphalt market in the UAE where the primary focus is to build a customer base, establish industry relationships, and secure contracts and plant set‑up and run the full business from company formation and plant commissioning to ongoing operations and growth.
