Job Description

Business Development Manager – Fitout 
To join established fitout head contractor delivering Commercial, Education, Agecare & Healthcare projects from $1M–$15M+. 
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Build and maintain a strong forward pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships with end users, developers, PMs, architects and consultants
Position the business early in the project lifecycle
Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Work closely with Estimating, Preconstruction and Delivery teams
 About You
Experience in Fitout, Commercial Construction, Property or Design
End-user industry network (SPMs, QS, Architects, Government, Consultancies)
Proven track record winning commercial projects
Collaborative and a Go-Getter
