Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager supports the Business Development Senior Manager in driving growth and profitability by expanding services with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth coordination with operations. It also involves leading and managing the team, overseeing departmental activities, and conducting market and financial analysis to provide strategic business insights and growth recommendations to Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-5 year course in Business Management/ Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related supply chain field
