 Analyze domestic market dynamics to identify existing and potential customers.
 Develop new customer acquisition and sales growth strategies for the Baking Ingredients segment.
 Establish and implement sales strategies and annual targets, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of objectives.
  Channel Development: 
 Build partnerships with new and existing distributors, direct customers, and corporate clients.
 Regularly evaluate the performance of sales channels, propose improvement opportunities, and introduce new business models.
 Collaborate with the Baking Center to develop customer-focused solutions and provide training support.
