As part of the wider Panda Recycling Group, we are an award‑winning business focused on growth, sustainability and long‑term customer partnerships — and we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is a new business, field‑based sales role suited to someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines and closing deals.

You will be responsible for generating new customers through door‑to‑door B2B sales , while also developing and upselling accounts you bring on board. Following a structured training programme, you’ll be expected to deliver against quarterly targets based on annualised contract revenue .
