Business Development Manager – BPO Industry

We are seeking a Business Development / Salesperson with proven experience in the BPO industry to support the growth of FBC Asia Pacific Inc. The ideal candidate has strong experience selling BPO or outsourcing services, handling international clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO / outsourcing market
• Actively engage potential clients through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet short-term and long-term targets
• Present BPO solutions tailored to client needs (PH & SL delivery)
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Leadership teams to ensure smooth client handover
