Business Development Manager

Job Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and service expansion for Bagan Specialist Centre. The role focuses on strengthening referral networks, insurance/TPA relationships, corporate partnerships, and community engagement, while supporting marketing initiatives aligned with the hospital's clinical strengths and long-term growth plans.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities including corporate clients, insurance panels, TPAs, GPs, and institutional partners.
• Strengthen and expand referral networks with general practitioners, clinics and allied health providers.
• Support the development and expansion of clinical services, specialty centers, diagnostic services, and procedure-based packages.
