cold calling and outbound sales

. This role requires ownership of lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion through structured calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute outbound cold calling campaigns
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into sales opportunities
• Develop and refine cold calling scripts and objection-handling techniques
• Manage daily call targets, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead handover and closing support
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
