Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities  in industrial, data centre, warehouse, office, and R&D construction sectors through market intelligence and client engagement. 
Build and maintain strong relationships  with developers, multinational clients, consultants, project managers, and key decision-makers to secure repeat and negotiated contracts. 
Lead pre-qualification, tender, and proposal strategies , including go/no-go assessments, bid positioning, and competitive analysis. 
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and project teams  to develop value-driven solutions, construction methodologies, and cost-effective proposals. 
Manage the full bid lifecycle , coordinating inputs for technical submissions, pricing strategies, and commercial terms. 
Drive early-stage project engagement , offering constructability advice, budgeting support, and value engineering solutions.
