Business Development Manager, Contract Manufacturing

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Contract Manufacturing to drive new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and enhance market engagement for Melitron’s services across various sectors including energy, security, defence, IT, emerging technologies, and other industrial markets. The role involves identifying and qualifying new customers and fostering strong client relationships to promote our metal fabrication, enclosure, and assembly solutions for electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical products.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from Melitron’s head office in Guelph, ON, with travel as needed.
