Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Remote
Industry Focus: IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation (Life Sciences staffing experience preferred)

Job Summary
Vueverse is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT staffing and staff augmentation sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account growth, and closing staffing deals across IT and emerging technologies. Experience in Life Sciences staffing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across IT and Life Sciences domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
