Business Development Manager, Cruise ships

Overview

Helsinki Shipyard is seeking a Senior Manager, Cruise Concepts & Business Development to drive cruise concept development, market intelligence and customer-facing sales activities. The role involves defining the long-term cruise ship roadmap, leading market research and competitive intelligence, monitoring technologies and regulations, and supporting project design teams. Candidates must have experience in ship design and cruise shipbuilding, a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering, strong communication and leadership skills, and fluent English. The position is based at the Hietalahti shipyard in Helsinki with a hybrid work model (typically 2–3 days/week).
