Business Development Manager – Air & Ocean Freight

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to grow our Air Freight and Ocean Freight business in the Netherlands. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across international logistics solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong market knowledge of the Dutch forwarding landscape, a proven sales track record, and the ability to sell value‑based freight solutions across both air and ocean products.
