About The Role


The Business Development Manager – e-Powertrain is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in electric powertrain and auxiliary systems (motors, inverters, batteries) for the North American market. Acts as a subject matter expert on legislation, market trends, and competitive landscape. Leads customer engagement, technical presentations, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business and support development phases.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Collaboration: Conduct in-depth research on electrification mobility trends, market size, and competitive landscape in North America. Monitor and analyze regional and global legislation impacting electric powertrain technologies. Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company’s product portfolio.
