**Overview**

Element has a current opening for a **Business Development Manager** to help support our growing teams in Eagan and Minnetonka MN. The **Business Development Manager (BDM)** will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities across the Eagan and Minnetonka laboratories. This role supports key medical device, microbiology, validation, and testing service lines while providing dedicated commercial coverage for services transitioned from Cincinnati. The position is critical to building qualified pipeline, advancing opportunities through the sales process, and converting opportunities into profitable revenue. Success will be measured by pipeline creation, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall market expansion within targeted industry segments.
