Business Development Manager – Engineering Services

What You’ll Do

• Drive net‑new business development for engineering and technical services within the Montreal / Quebec market
• Identify, pursue, and establish strategic target accounts aligned to Actalent’s engineering services capabilities
• Lead consultative sales engagements with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders
• Own and navigate RFP/RFQ and bid processes, partnering closely with engineering, delivery, and program leadership
• Translate customer challenges into scalable, executable services solutions
• Partner internally to convert pursuits into long‑term, high‑value client relationships
