Business Development Manager – Europe (Sterile & Injectables CDMO)

Location: Europe (remote with travel)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development professional to drive commercial growth across Europe, building partnerships with pharma and biotech companies requiring outsourced sterile and injectable drug product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business across European pharma & biotech accounts
• Sell CDMO drug product services, with a focus on:
• Sterile injectables
• Aseptic fill & finish
• Parenteral drug products
• Non-sterile drug product (secondary focus)
• Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Work closely with technical, operations, and leadership teams
