Hartmann Young is partnered with a fast-growing European nutraceutical and functional food manufacturing group to appoint a Business Development / Commercial Manager – Spain, Italy or Portugal.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in accelerating new customer acquisition across Southern Europe, with Spain as the initial core market focus.

Own new customer acquisition across Southern Europe, with Spain as the primary launch marketOpen doors at mid-to-large nutraceutical brands, retailers, and emerging megabrandsTranslate customer requirements into clear development and manufacturing briefs for internal teamsServe as the bridge between customers and production and development sites in Spain and ItalyCoordinate closely with R&D, product development and operations to ensure feasible, margin-aligned deliveryWork closely with the European / Global Commercial Hub on cross-site opportunities and larger customersUse HubSpot CRM to ...
