Business Development Manager (Fintech/Payment)

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish long-term cooperation with top local apps of in Pakistan, focusing on high-quality user acquisition partnerships
• Expand and manage diversified traffic channels including affiliate, loan aggregators, SMS marketing and telemarketing channels
• Independently take full charge of business negotiation, cooperation terms, pricing, contract signing and campaign launch
• Monitor channel data including traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROI and other key indicators, and continuously optimize user acquisition performance
• Track local market trends, competitor strategies and new traffic opportunities in Pakistan’s fintech industry

Requirements

• Pakistani national / local resident with rich knowledge of Pakistan’s internet industry and traffic ecosystem
• 5+ year working experience in BD, traffic development, partnership management or growth role
