Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Overview

We are representing a well-established multinational logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong regional and global network. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering profitable revenue across freight forwarding and integrated supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales development strategies aligned with company capabilities, trade lanes, and business plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify and win new customer opportunities by building a strong sales pipeline and executing structured opportunity win plans.
• Identify and co‑develop differentiated value propositions with internal stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition and retention (e.g. industry vertical specialisations, tailored solutions).
• Transform commercial discussions into actionable and long‑term customer plans.
