Business Development Manager (with experience related to commercial renovation)

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market (hunter role).
• Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up closely on leads, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
• Track sales activities, update CRM / sales reports, and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as required.
• Support management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
