Overview We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry . This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with minimum 1 year of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for hunting new IBs, partners, and clients, as well as farming and expanding relationships with existing partners and portfolios to drive revenue growth. What will you do: Client & Partner Acquisition (Hunting): Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions. Portfolio Management (Farming): Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through regular engagement, performance optimization, and loyalty initiatives.
