Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across Sourceworx's Network Operations Centre (NOC), managed network services, and related infrastructure‑support offerings. The role aims to expand client adoption of Sourceworx's national network support capabilities, 24/7 monitoring, service management, and network optimisation services, consistent with Sourceworx's technical operating environment
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Account Management: Expand footprint in existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Build multi-offer proposals and manage executive-level relationships.
• Pipeline Ownership: Maintain weighted pipeline coverage ≥3x quarterly target. Drive late-stage progression and conversion to wins.
• Opportunity Leadership: Lead sales pursuits; ensure eligibility packs and compliance. Collaborate internally on strategic opportunities.
